Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you provide us when checking out.

Our shipping partners are Team Global Express & DHL Express. The tracking number will be sent out to you when your order is shipped.

Our head office is in Hong Kong; therefore, you may expect some orders shipped out from our head office. The shipping timeline does not affect if shipped from overseas.

We ship to Tasmania and New Zealand.

All deliveries request a signature on delivery.


Remote areas may take longer time, as they may be passed to third-party delivery partners to deliver to you. So if you are situated in remote areas, please note that it may take a bit more time to deliver to your address, the normal shipping timeline may not address you.

If you want to add instructions for shipment, please include them in the delivery notes.

We do not ship to PO BOX, Hotels or Hostels and Parcel Lockers. Since goods are of high value, we do not take the risk of losing your order under any circumstance.
