7-Day Return Policy
We aim for our customers to enjoy a satisfying shopping experience and promptly receive their ordered products. If, for any reason, you wish to have a product refunded or returned, please contact us at support@spectronic.com.au to arrange a return with a refund or exchange. The 7-day period begins from the moment you receive the goods.
- Return the item in its original packaging and in brand-new, unused condition.
- If you open or damage the product packaging, we may refuse your return or impose a restocking fee of 20% of the product price.
- You are responsible for covering the shipping cost when returning the goods to us. Ensure the product is securely packed. The shipping fee is $40 AUD.
Smartphones clarification
All phones available on our website come UNLOCKED. If you have any questions about our products that you’re not familiar with, please reach out to us via live chat or WhatsApp.
- 4G/LTE /LTE-A – If mentioned in the Specifications, this means the phone has the capability of that connectivity. If the carrier fails to match the phone’s connectivity. Spectronic Australia is not liable for this. It is the carrier’s fault, please check before purchasing.
- Dual SIM phones may or may not support E-SIM, but each model varies. Please check the specifications listed.
- WIFI Calling or Phone network not receivable is not upon Spectronic Au, please check with your network provider. If they can support the devices listed.
- CN/Chinese version phones cannot be refunded since they are not sealed packed and need to be installed Google manually.
Dead on arrival
- If your product sustains damage during transit or arrives non-functional, promptly take a photo of the damage or issue and get in touch with us on the same day. Refunds are issued upon the product received.
Under Australian Consumer Law, our products include guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a major failure occurs, you have the right to a replacement or refund, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure is not considered a major one.
