2. Spectronic AU receives the order
As we receive the order, we then confirm with you by sending a confirmation email about the transaction and order. Also dispatching it to the warehouse for moving to the next step of order fulfillment.
We take privacy concerns very seriously and protect consumer rights. As the industry receives constant attention from those trying to order products with other people’s credit cards without their permission, we may verify the validity for suspected fraud orders placed via Credit Card or PayPal reasoning number of internet fraud. A stringent verifications process before shipment this may involve a phone call or email from one of our friendly security verification staff. Your order will not be processed until the verification is complete, however we will ensure that you are kept up to date throughout and please feel free to contact us at any time regarding your order progress. Spectronic AU reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. An order is not considered to be a contract of sale until the item has shipped and a tracking number provided. Invoices are valid at the time of issue, but final details are subject to change at any time at Spectronic’s sole discretion.
3. Warehouse matches the order
This process may take 1-2 days business days for allocating the order and passing it to the shipping department for the packing & shipping.
4. Shipping of the product to the customer
After checking with the inventory at the warehouse, the package is shipped to the customer. This usually takes 3-5 days.
Sometimes it may take more than 5 days depending on your location as some remote areas may take more time to ship the package. You can always track your parcel through XXXXXX.
