3G Shutdown since October 28TH 2024, Will my device work after the 3G Shutdown?
All phones sold by Spectronic Australia support 4G/LTE and 5G if indicated in the product title. However, if you experience issues with your network carrier, it may be because your device is blocked by that carrier or because some carriers are excluding all devices not on their whitelist, even if those devices fully support 4G VoLTE and VoLTE emergency calls.
To address this, we have provided further detailed information for each phone regarding its compatibility with the three major telcos in Australia. For phones tested on all three networks—Telstra, Vodafone, and Optus—we will include a tick mark to indicate that the phone has been verified to work with those networks.
We have added this information for all phones on the combined approved list and hope to gain further clarity on the situation as it progresses.
